BIOGRAPHY
Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia -- Christopher “Oricuss” Stropoli has performed and toured on four continents and more than thirty-five countries. He joined his first touring band, Carnevil, at just 15 years old and began touring the United States. During this time he began working as a session musician and traveled as far as Australia and New Zealand. In 2014 he signed his first record contract under Danse Macabre Records with the band Sons of Ragnar. They released “Lindisfarne” in 2015. That same year he joined Thy Antichrist and began been relentlessly touring Europe, North, Central, and South America. He was employed at Alpaca Ranch Recording in 2016 as the drum tech for bands such as Alestorm, Deicide and more. Thy Antichrist released “Wrath of the Beast” in 2018 under Napalm Records. That same year he joined Monotheist and released the album “Scourge” under Prosthetic Records. In 2019 he learned Wolfheart's set for their European tour in just three days and took over performing after their drummer was injured. He has also worked as a session musician for over a dozen artists in a variety of genres. He now plays with Tómarúm and toured the release of Ash In Realms of Stone Icons in 2022.
